NADINE FIGUEROA

Nadine Figueroa is a native Floridian, born and raised in the heart of Miami. She is of Cuban-American decent and is fluent in Spanish, adding cultural diversity to our firm.

Ms. Figueroa has over 22 years of experience in the area of personal injury. She began her legal career in 1988 as a legal secretary in a personal injury law firm. This experience sparked Ms. Figueroa’s interest in the law which ultimately lead to her career choice as an attorney. Ms. Figueroa obtained her Juris Doctor at St. Thomas University, School of Law and obtained a Bachelor of Art’s in Psychology from Florida International University.

Ms. Figueroa is a litigator who handles all phases of litigation at the state level. She has extensive experience in litigating personal injury matters, including slip/trip and falls, automobile accidents, dog bites, negligent security, traumatic brain injuries, catastrophic injuries, and wrongful death injuries.

She is licensed to practice law in the State of Florida. Ms. Figueroa is also admitted to the Florida Supreme Court of the State of Florida. She has also been a member of the American Association of Justice, Phi Alfa Delta, Dade County Bar Association – Young Lawyers Society, Kid’s Club for Young Lawyers Society, and the American Bar Association. Ms. Figueroa also served on the Florida Bar Animal Law Committee.
